Pas très fonctionnelle, tros de décoration a la marocaine, gaspillage enorme d'argent pour les beau yeux du président, USTO Oran aurait dut etre prise comme exemple

Terrible university if not the worst! I personally don't deny the material support it has to offer, transportation, fancy architecture..bla bla bla. What pisses me off most about it is the administration staff for one thing, which is neither efficient nor properly qualified. Not te mention the so called teachers, doctors and profesors, most of them if not all, they're simply not worth their position for what they do, they're careless, biased and dumb morons who think degrees mean everything. Well, to hell with your PHD or whatever the heck you wanna call it, I care about brains and genuinity, a teacher worth his salt. not freaking degrees or someone where doing the job right comes as his last concern but he gives more of a F*/$ about getting paid! It's just a retarded university same as the whole third world country and that's a fact, because if the educational system was really worth it we wouldn't so far behind.
