  Jardin public bien situé siège APC taxi rural autre siège public CNR. Trésor.mais il manque l'higiene et bien sûr la discipline surtout des citoyens.on veut voir une capitale wilaya propre avec des citoyens discipliné Pour donner Une autre fois une bonne image sur Annaba. Nchalah

  Public park, for quick rest from hanging around the old city of Annaba, but the neighborhood is popular place where it can be not safe for tourist, it will be better to go with a guide not alone,

  The gates are shut somedays.Not enough seats and rubbish bins.Even the locals hate it and i reckon it should have stay as a football ground.
