Very nice, quie, well decorated and well maintained hotel in a very strategic location in hydra. Staff were very helpful and professional . Was very pleased with the food at the restaurant. Rooms were of clean, good size with all modern amenities.

Un hôtel qui avait l'air charmant et accueillant mais qui s'est vite avéré décevant niveau service et froid niveau attitude du personnel. Une chambre standard certes propre mais bien trop chère pour ce que c'est. Un petit déjeuner pauvre, et sans intérêt .. Sans parler de la réceptionniste hautaine qu'il faut appeler deux trois fois pour espérer avoir un code wifi, et un fer à repasser. Qui de plus est, dans un piteux état. Un personnel très froid. On se demande même si on ne dérange pas. Mon conjoint et moi avons été déçus. Mis à part l'emplacement .. Rien d'exceptionnel. Pour le meme prix de la nuitée, allez ailleurs.

Mediocre at best, acceptablee for a few nights but anything beyond that becomes a living nightmare. I have never seen the Wi-Fi work for more than one hour at a time. Possibly the worst breakfast buffet on the planet.

Le service a changé après la deuxième année d'ouverture. Quand on se plaint d'une connexion Wi-Fi lente on me répond que la couverture est mauvaise dans ma chambre sans me proposer une solution. Quand on demande un thé algérien le matin on me répond qu'on peut pas vous servir le thé sans raison. Finalement le taxi qu'on a appelé pour m'emmener à l'aéroport n'a pas de bon.
Je suis une cliente plutôt ancienne mais mon séjour cette fois était tout sauf agréable.
