  Hotel is located in Batna town. It sits a 45mins drive from the airport. rooms are tiny but clean and have all amenities that you would expect for a four star. AC, Flat screen, cable, boiler, tropical shower head, safeetc) all in all good hotel, European standard . double bed size is comfy and room is well heated in winterstaff is friendly ans food is just okay. plate is nothing too fancy, usual menu ( appetizers: mixed salad, tuna salad, soup. Main dish: chicken scallop, lamb ribs, steak, fries).
  I would have given a half a star less for the tiny tiny main restaurant with those tiny tiny table that can barley fit 4 tiny tiny people
