Nice hôtel clean rooms also cool reception worker just that we have not getting our breakfast even when they propos it in the reseration payment. and the views outside is not so great

Very nice personel, very welcoming. The hotel is still brand new, very clean. The only reason I am putting a 3 stars here is because there was a water shortage for the whole night and did not come back till the morning, hence, couldnt take a shower (no hot water). At least, the hotel management tried to make it up by a nice fruit platter and some sweets.

Dear Manager,
I used to work with one chef named Bassil Habib. He is british. He terminated from my hotel working in Hilton in Jordan
Mand he was also terminated form there because one time I told him you don’t know to cook about recipe food.
He worked in saudia arabai with crowne plaza Intercontinental hotel. Someone informed me his general manager gave gm him notice and renewal contract means Tajdid. He resigned. As I know because performance very week no experience as executive chef. Very poor as one of my Morococan friend sinfirmed be before
I can’t ask you to do anything but ask for reference from direct manager .wonder how he is hired
I know also that always complained about his general manager and not loyal
Ask him to do preparation alone and watch him without his team
Also be carefull. I know that he is involved in purchasing with suppliers for kitchen tongake commission , this what said in his hitel in saudia as my fiend informed
Yes I’m saying that because when some makes problems for others. Needs to speak bout him. Because he caused problem when I was in jordan and because if him I left my work in end 2016 and travelled outside . because I want do my job only

Nice new hotel with super cleanliness. Liked the courteous staff. Slightly away from Algiers centre which is why people dont prefer. Rooms are decent though small.

فندق نظيف و جميل لكن عمال المطعم فوضى و غير مدربين تماما و معاملتهم غير لائقة تماما مع الزبائن .
The hotel is clean and nice, but the restaurant staff are unorganized and completely untrained and their behaviour is totally inappropriate,
The food was horrible, with a really high price. I totally ignored the other reviews of this restaurant , we catch the waiter put things we didnt take in the bill paid , they were just being really rude.response / report this review -

Ce qui dérange vraiment c'est la plaque lumineuse . Franchement de mauvais goût
Elle est mal faite.et en plus mal exposée.
Ça se voit que ça n'a pas été fait par des professionnels.
Je pense que l'Algérien mériterait mieux.
Il ne suffit pas de dire qu'on a un holiday
Hôtel.
Et puis le long du bâtiment on voit du béton
Ça devrait être plus esthétique, au moins
Couvert par un matériau, c'est pas ça qui manque. Franchement rien que pour dire
Qu'on a un holiday Inn à Alger.
J'espère que ces critiques vont dans le sens
