  Deli Brahim main Branch is the worst ever. Very Rude custome representative , shouting loudly and managing personnal issues while facing customers. Lack of information sign at cashier desk, seems not allowed to handle foreign currencies afternoon , only Euro currency managed for Tourists annual package with very high exchange fees DZD2340 . Signing for foreign currency account is challenging, visa debit card N' saving account with DZD 30000 minimum balance is required. Not recommend definitely
