I sent a 2.5Kg gift box to my gf. They did not deliver it to her home. I am very disappointed and embarrassed. I dint wanna put her in to this situation. She had to travel more than 30 Km to take the parcel. Im gonna report this to the DHL head quarters in Germany. I paid Lot of money for this bad service. Really unsatisfied. DHL in my country not like this.

Weirdest service out there! they don't answer calls, they don't notify you about your parcels, slow and not professional !

Service débarqué, the worst service ever, ذهبت لشحن ساعة يد إلى فرنسا و وجدت فتاة بالمكتب مباشرة بدون أخد وزن للساعة أو حجمها قالت لي ثمن
توصيلها 11500
دج
علما أن تعريفة شحن الرطل الواحد لأمريكا هي 5000 دج
فما بالكم بساعة 100 غرام أو أقل إلى باريس
فقمت بشحن نفس موديل الساعة من عنواني بكاليفورنيا أونلاين و كلفة التغليف و التسليم و كل شيء ب 47 دولار

Very bad service and the worst ever, I found a girl in the front desk and I asked her about shipping my wristwatch to France and without taking its weight or even trying to calculate its volumetric value she said 11500 da and she kept asking about the value of the watch, so I went back to avoid getting scammed concidering a dhl guy told me once from tlemcen dhl that the cost of sending 1 lbs to USA is 5000 da and my watch is 100 g or less, so I sent the same model from California hawthorne {online} with the cost of packaging and forwarding and special requests with 47 dollars only ,
Thieeeeeeves I will report that to DHL directly next time if I see no changes

Face à tous les avis négatifs je me dois même si je suis pas client chez eux de répondre à mon tour par la négative : je connais ces employés qui nous font galléré c'est typique de chez nous, ils sont obligés de faire monsieur propre. !!

الشركة محترفة، و تعاملت معها خارج الوطن.. وكانت في القمة.
هنا في وهران، زرتهم، الموظفة مكشرة و لا تُحسن التعامل مع الزبائن.. أنصح القائمين على المكتب باستبدالها بموظف/ موظفة بشوش و محترف..

Bonjour, j'appelle DHL depuis 8 jours à travers toutes les antennes à l'echelle nationale , aucune réponse.Celle qui est tout pres de chez moi est fermée ,quand je pose le probleme à la poste , aucne réponse cohérente , normal concurenceoblige .,Bref je suis alléé à la banque BNP PARIS BAS ET SOCIETE GENERALE pour avoir une idée sur les pays desservis en Afrique et plus précisement le Sénégal , niet;, DHL ne desert pas ce pays .Franchement le systeme politique en plus de nous etouffer dans ce bled , nous prive de comminication , de contact et de voyage vers les pays du mm continent .2018 incha Allah je quitte définitivement ce pays coute que coute vers l'Europe ma terre d'acceuil

Service nuuuul, le courrier a été stocké 24 heurs chez eux sans aucune info malgré qu'on a payé 72 euro pour un service de 24 heurs mais il a fallu 5 jours pour la livraison (pardon pour la récupération) . en + leurs téléphones ne marchent pas.

Bonjour, je vous contacte de la France votre numéros ne marche pas et je voulais savoir comment vous contacter autrement. j'ai envois un colis pour Ain Temouchent par Chronopost mais il a arriver a Alger au lieu de Ain Temouchent après un appelle il nous on dit qu'il vont le transféré a Oran mais ils nous on laisser aucune coordonne le colis doit arriver avant le 5 novembre pouvais vous m'aider sil vous plais.
