We emailed them and tried to call them a dozen times to set up an appointment for medical exams for the American Embassy in Algiers, but they never responded.

I called more than 20 times to get an answer finally by lady ! but the thing is ! she put me on hold for a while and I heard here talking with some people around here for few minutes , thats ridiculous ! after that she hung up on me! thats crazy !
I am from the west of Algeria near oran so we need a place near us to pass a medical exam ( this for a us embassy in algiers.
more than 30 states go to one place and its very fare and the customer service is very bad.
we need a location at least 60 to 80 miles from our home not 300 miles .
