  you make an appointment at 8 am for a consultation; they open at 8:30 am and by magic no one receives you. total anarchy. I felt like I was in a dispensary.   Disgusting place! SHOCK! I had to wait a month and a half for the appointment, when I came on the appointed day at my appointed time, they tell me that they have to wait an hour and a half at least, maybe at 11:00 they have 14 patients registered. How is this even possible ???? The administrator is unable not to explain, not to answer questions. As a normal and self-respecting person, she did not wait. A very unkempt place, how can aesthetics clinic be like this ?? Disappointment.

  something very poor and unprofessional at all if you make an appointment you will never get it on time, the service is very poor and the employees are very rude and unhelpful. they never talk to patients and give them correct information

  This is not a center of medicine is a COMMERCIAL center. Already to have an appointment it is not easy then once on the spot and with an appointment we spend the day to see the doctor (minimum 4 hours of waiting) to finish exhausted doctor can not auscultate as it should. The arrogant receptionists and put their knowledge before, in short, I highly recommend this "center"

  Intéressée par l'épilation laser ,je me suis adressée à ce fameux "centre" (Dr Okba Kihal) :4 heures d'attente,l'accueil des assitantes est très froid ,elles faisaient passer d'autres patients sans respecter l'heure d'arrivée de chacun ,les séances sont très coûteuses et le résultat de l'épilation était catastrophique :brûlures ,cicatrices ,je ne pouvais même pas conduire pour rentrer chez moi,je vous déconseille ce dermatologue.

  Je me suis déplace ce matin à la clinique el manar spécialisée en dermatologie, avec traitement au laser, situee à Rouiba, je ne savais pas que les consultations sont sur RDV, la réceptionniste refusa de me prendre, ok, alors je prends un RDV, vu que je suis là, elle me répondit: prend une carte , rentre chez toi et appel au téléphone pour t'inscrire, est ce logique?
  Il est nécessaire de rappeler que l'image de marque d'une entreprise est la réception.
  Alors, je vous conseille de vous renseigner avant de vous déplacer.
