Great little restaurant in the heart of Algiers. Classic french bistro food (to include great seafood) dominates the menu. Alcohol is served - the local Koutoubia wine is both tasty and cheap (by US/EU price standards). Staff is super friendly. They do allow smoking, which bothers some but was fine with our group.

Nice friendly place in the heart of Algier. It's also a place where you can relax having a beer. The staff is extremely friendly.
