Nice resort near to the beach. Not over crowded. At the pool or beach is enough space to feel almost alone. Beautiful landscape. But it's only a normal resort, not special or luxury they like to be. The service is sometimes poor. If something like the beach towels are empty, it takes time. Nobody thinks the step ahead you have to, if you like to be special. Nothing happens smooth and hidden. They don't see the guest or his wishes. You have to tell and hope. The animation guys are super and give you the feeling they like their job. The rest just works. And the reception staff hate their job.

Visit the place! It's beautiful, but don't expect 5 star service.

Absolutely beautiful location. The beach is lovely, but the waves can be a bit rough. The amenities are quite nice and the service is good.

Just got home from a wonderful holiday. this place is not a huge resort. We got to know the staff and other vacationers. Never had a bad meal. If you wanted to play, you could or you could stay at the beach or pool and just rest. I would say this is a place for adults wanting to relax! Loved it.

Great resort, quiet, adults only, food is very good, nice variety at buffet, al LA cart restaurants need no reservations excellent meals there so far,, no variety shows on Sunday or Monday nights, free WiFi everywhere and works at the beach too, the beach is beautiful, small resort easy and quick to get to everything, rooms are nice and modern but not large, big balcony off room, view of ocean from our room - very lucky, no extra charge, free yoga classes, service is adequate, staff are all friendly, very reasonably priced resort for 2 weeks, only been here for 3 dsys but would surely come again!

Great little resort in a quant little town. Fantastic as it's much more personal and less touristy. Locals are nice and reasonable prices

Couldn't have been better! My family and I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing. None of us wanted to leave. The staff was attentive, caring, and warm. Overall, a very relaxing and fun stay. Clean resort. Nice pool and beautiful beach. The entertainment staff knew how to have a good time. During our stay, there was a Michael Jackson and Tropical show that were entertaining. Definitely recommend it. Shout out to Jesus, Elsa, Delvin, Carlos, Micheal, Chocolate and Santos and many more that made our trip very memorable.

This hotel could be amazing, but at only 2 years old it has major problems.
    Pros:
    Beautiful secluded location
Not crowded (maybe 50 guests this week)
    Friendly helpful staff
Good food, but same choices daily
    Beach/poolside drink service
    Cons:
    Multiple power outages 5/7 nights
Water outage (of course I was lathered up in shower)
    Most bartenders made horrible drinks

The best thing about the resort is that it is small and more intimate. There were few times that we felt crowded by other guests. The rooms were modern, clean, and kept cool with a well functioning air conditioner. The beach was also beautiful with many palm trees for shade, hammocks, and the bar is never far away as the beach is sized to the resort. The entertainment staff are ever present looking to get you off the beach and doing some activity, but respect when you just want to relax for the day.

The main complaints about the resort from the people we went with was lack of bottled water and beer in the mini bar. They seem to have a limit on how much they want to provide. Bring your own water bottle to breakfast though, and they will fill it up without you having to ask though. The food, also, was plentiful and diverse, however not as appealing to my Canadian pallet that doesn't care much for sea food. Not being too picky an eater, besides the seafood, I was still well fed. I would suggest taking advantage of the custom omelette, pizza and pasta bars at the buffet though, as they are always willing to cook you something fresh. The a la carte restaurants were also very good and did not require a reservation or much wait.

Also, I would like to say i was very impressed at the food and celebration they planned for Christmas eve when we were there. They doubled the size of the buffet and made it more of a formal affair for the evening and then had live entertainment afterwards.

I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a more laid back, simple tropical vacation at a nice, modern hotel.

The quality was far below what I was hoping based on reviews. We had a reservation problem, which Juan was very helpful in attempting to figure out. It was never really resolved and we ended up having to pay extra. The food was not goodFusion was pretty good and the brick oven pizzas were good, but the buffet was terrible and Mediterranas was mediocre. The beach and pool were very nice, but service could be better for drinks. The rooms were nice.

Spent a week at this hotel at the beginning of January last year. It was simply a great week. Service was great, no line ups anywhere, no reservation to be made, plenty of beach towels all day long and no stress finding a place to lie down beside to pool or at the beach.

All day, employees walk along the pool and the beach offering fresh fruits or something to drink.

Tried the three restaurants twice and the buffet once. Never had a problem having a table. Just once we have been forgotten for an hour after ordering waiting for out meal and, once we informed the waiter, everything was fixed right away.

Lounge atmosphere in the lobby and around the pool with soft music playing all day but all very relaxed.

Impressive level of service that made our stay nice and relaxing.

Twice we had to get in touch with the reception about small problems with the room and, every time, someone from maintenance showed up in less than 10 minutes and fixed the problem.

The cleaning lady showing up at the beginning of the evening to tidy up the room and fill up the minibar which is a nice touch.

We heard some comments about clients having small problems communicating with employees in English but since we manage in Spanish, this wasn't an issue for us.

We definitively enjoyed the small size of the hotel and the boutique feel of the place. Would come back without hesitation.
