Excellent, rustic, ranch experience complete with horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, and some spectacular views. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton, then stay there. If you're looking for an exceptional Dominican experience, this is the place. Good food, good service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and an awesome staff. My family absolutely LOVED it!

Pleasantly surprised at what an incredibly beautiful and wonderful experience this turned out to be. Amazing location with a unbelievable view over looking the river, you would never guess you were in the Caribbean. Service was great, free breakfast was awesome, lunch/dinner menu was also great, good drinks, friendly staff, and felt very safe. Very beautiful place to hang out and relax by the river or even in the river. Definitely get a river view if you can!! There is also hot water in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the nights were quiet so we got great nights sleep. And in the morning we have a large patio/balcony drinking our coffee with a nice view from the river. We would absolutely return and/or recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience.

We were a group of 6 and stayed there for a week. We were very impressed with the service, attention to detail and overall atmosphere. Carlos and his family made us feel like part of the family, every single request of ours was met with a friendly "of course buddy!". We rode the horses (included free) nearly every day, we swam in the lake, went jet skiing, kayaking (also free) and just laid around on the hammocks, chaise's and lounge chairs. If you are looking for serenity, peace, nature and tranquility then look no further. I have been to over 50 countries and backpacked remote villages from Nepal to Moldova, but this place was by far the most relaxing vacation I have ever experienced. (btw, Carlos and his family were extremely accommodating to our specific kosher dietary requirements)
