  I rented a villa on Airbnb. Upon arrival, the listing said 3 bedrooms but only had 2 bedrooms that were open and available. My two friends and I attempted to discuss the discrepancy with Sabine Mertes the manager onsite. She threw a fit, yelled at us saying we were attempting to deceiver her and cancelled our reservation on the spot. She refused to discuss the situation with us. It was incredibly unprofessional. She then proceeded to send her private armed security guards who threatened (with GUNS) to ensure we would leave the property. One security guard threw our bags, and groceries, yelled at us in Spanish and locked and loaded his gun. I have never had someone "lock and load" a gun in me. In all my years of travel, I have never experienced such an odd, frightening and unusual situation. I would highly advise against staying here.

  The beach is the place to be. The resort is beautiful and clean hot water and all the beautiful sites to see
