Had a wonderful surprise when I came by here; the place is lovely and the menu was great, but the real surprise was the so called "Peppersteak Parisienne", which turned out to be a VERY respectable Steak au Poivre, cooked from a filet and done perfectly medium rare as ordered. Everything was done well I will be back!

Achtung Mittwochs zu, sonst immer für uns da.
Achte auf "Special Events".
Klaus ist nicht nur Besitzer , er ist auch der Chef Koch und sorgt dafür das jede kleine Reise zu Ihm ein kulinarisches Highlight wird.
Für uns, die in Sosúa wohnen, wo wir seit Jahre Stammgäste waren, immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Excellent fine dining experience. Klaus, the owner, is also a master chef. Best ambiance in Costambar. Place high on your "To go to" list.
