The Villa is amazing and every room had a great view of the ocean. The wait staff was always right there with whatever you want/need. I would love to go back.

If you are looking for an intimate and private villa to have your wedding, look no further! From the first email to the villa communication has been a breeze. Kelly, the villa coordinator, responds so quickly and is always open for questions. Before I continue, I’d also like to mention that the villa is perfect for family get togethers and such as well, your stay doesn’t have to involve a wedding (:
I did not stress out once about ANYTHING! I’m not sure why everyone doesn’t have a destination wedding! Kelly sent me a 5/6 page google doc asking mine and my husbands preferences about different details and asks that we attach inspiration photos. The package includes flowers, a dj, most of the decor, and so much more!
You never touched your luggage, the gentlemen at the villa took EVERYONES things to their rooms while we enjoyed a welcome cocktail.
What I was blown away with the most at the villa was the hospitality. Hands down best I’ve ever received, anywhere. The chef, Alejandro was so incredibly sweet. One evening Mike and I had chosen Mahi Mahi for dinner along with some other delicious side dishes. My niece (12 years old) didn’t recognize any of the food (children aren’t hip on seafood) and the side dishes (although totally delicious) were Dominican and unfamiliar to her. Alejandro noticed that she wasn’t eating and went out of his way to make homemade macaroni and cheese! I thought that was so thoughtful of him!!
Wonder was our bartender for the stay and he was amazing as well! Friendly and personable, would do his best to whip up whatever you may request.
Overall I don’t think we could have picked a better location. We had about thirty family members and friends all under one roof. We all woke up and had breakfast together, enjoyed our own private beach every day, and have many beautiful memories to hold on to dearly now. I love that the villa is just that, and not a resort. You feel like family there and I don’t believe you will get that anywhere else!response / report this review -

We had the most fabulous Xmas /New Years vacation at the Palms. I don't know where to start in terms of qualifying fabulous:
1. The owner Seely and the Staff are really outstanding, so easy and friendly to work with, so attentive to guests needs and really accommodating, friendly, and genuinely concerned for the guests!
2. Aljendro our chef and his staff we amazing, the food was always fresh and great variety, and the taste and quality were exceptional!
3. Location- Palms is private and has everything right there, if you want excusrsions, day trips by Renny travel are fantastic, always on time, and very fair about pricing with young kids. Highly recommend the snrkel party boat tour, its a blast!
I could go on, but suffice to say, The Palms is a great location for large family gathering to create an unforgettable experience!response / report this review -

I visited this property with a large group (12) and had an amazing time. Very well kept, intimate yet with some great amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great recommendations and concierge help arranging activities off property (surfing, dune buggies, dinner reservations, etc). The food at the property was excellent - didn't need to leave!

Words cannot begin to describe what an amazing experience we had! The view was breathtaking, the food was fabulous, and the service was outstanding! We had a group of 18 in which we had the whole villa to ourselves. Seely ,The owner made us feel right at home, extremely accommodating, and has an incredible staff. It is apparent they love their job and truly appreciate working for her. Angel waited on us hand and foot. We all wanted to bring him home with us! The meals were cooked with a local flare and as good as anything you would eat at a five star restaurant! Truly a trip of a lifetime, the best vacation I've ever had!!!!! We are making plans to go back again within the year!

I NEVER write reviews, good or bad. The Palms Punta Cana was the absolute best vacation we have ever been on. Seeley, the owner of the house was soooo accommodating to all 18 of us. Her staff, especially Angel and Alejandro and his staff, were so helpful to all of us. Angel made sure we had everything we needed and was genuinely happy to serve. He was great to talk to and he spoke over and over how much he loved his job, loved working for Seeley and loved his family! He called us his new family and was being genuine. Alejandro, the chef and his staff made the best local dishes that were truly as good as going to any 5 star restaurant. I can promise you, we will be back for many more vacations. It says on the Facebook page that this is a hotel, it is not. It is a private villa for you, your family and friends. We had the run of the place for 5 days and can’t wait to get back. The setting was so beautiful that all 5 families scheduled a photographer for family photos. This place from hospitality to the rates, and location is truly a hidden gem!!!

This Villa was amazing! My family and a few friends rented it out for a week and it was an unbelievable experience. The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home. With all of the accommodations and tours provided it was sure hard to leave!

The perfect spot for family vacation, corporate retreat, reunion, and weddings. This place has up to 14 suites, is a private villa right on the beach. What a pool - we were in the pool all day at the pool bar or floating up and down the length of the villa. Are room was private and spacious yet plenty are areas to spend time with the group.

Love this villa. Private quiet neighborhood located directly on the beach. Spent hours in the pool enjoying the in-pool bar. Plenty of room to sit quietly in the shade or sun if that's what you prefer. Chef prepared awesome meals, didn't want to eat anywhere else.
