I bought a yogurt at Bravo but I needed a plastic spoon to eat because the yogurt comes in a small bowl not in bottle that you can drink it like milk or juice, so I entered sweetfrog and asked one of the workers if he could please give me a small plastic spoon for my yogurt. He told me NO, that's for customers!

Focused on groceries exclusively. Seems there are focused on vetting and selling good quality products. Add great customer service and it's on par with El Nacional Supermercado. The downside: they are not open on Sundays.
