  This is one hidden and very good BBQ-restaurant. The location is just on the old highway road from Santiago to Santo Domingo. The StopBBQ is more a small place restaurant, but for the good meal they need to expand their business as soon as possible. Actually the made better dinner meal than the famous Tipico Bonao, which is nearby and more common to all the weekend travellers. But in the future the StopBBQ can rising. The raw meat from cow, pig or chicken looks good and fresh and you can choose before put on the grill. The vegetables are also very good. Just the making of French Fries they can improve a little bit more, they have just 5 point on the scale to the Brussels made Fries. After grill you will see, they need to improve the meat quality too, but this is a problem of the local slaughterhouse, which should learn how to prepare happy meat. But all together, this restaurant is a strong recommendation for all who are interested in the local cuisine.

  Buen lugar, pero el espacio es muy pequeño. No hay menú, el concepto se limita a petición desde la vitrina. Personal amable, atento y divertido. Baño ubicado muy cerca del área de las mesas.

  Ambiente agradable, servicio normal, la comida no es nada del otro mundo. su principal atractivo son los cortes de carnes un sabor muy comun y corriente, que hasta yo mismo puedo hacer una parillada de ese modo no son cortes que dirias q sabor que carnes tan jugosas.. no seria un lugar que diría: "debo repetir estos platos o volver para disfrutar de este sabor" aparte de esto los precios son un poco alto.

  Best barbecue in town! They have the choose-your-meal method, yet, they deliver your food very fast with great cooking and seasoning, all surrounded with great ambience.
