Side by sides were fun but really dusty and sunglasses didn't cut it to keep out of your eyes. Would have been nice to have goggles offered or even for sale. Stop at the cave was over crowded so we weren't able to jump in or see with time we had. The public beach on the 3rd let was beautiful! A little rough so we couldn't get to far in the ocean but really nice and made the day. Didn't like that certain people on trips forcefullness of wanting us to pay them for walking up and placing parrot on shoulder without wanting it. Or pulling you into their shops by the caves.

I know they handle a lot of people but you think after a while they would be more organized. The buggies are gutless, the Polaris are over priced for the distance you go. They make you stop at a beach, a local shop and the cave, which is not all that bad but then the rush you out, no warning just "were leaving now" and our tour guide was very rude, Edward I think. Don't bother paying for pictures because you wont get them all, we are missing more then half the picture form our group. If there is another tour similar to this try them first.

The Polaris side by sides were a lot of fun but need some maintenance work on them. Could tell they were rode pretty hard and if you break something they will charge you a descent amount for anything. The trails and the stops were pretty fun. I am giving 3 starts because all three stops we made they had local vendors waiting and were super pushy trying to sell all the “handmade” stuff that looks just like everything else you see on the island. If they could get the vendors out of two of the stops I would rate it higher but sucked with them being at all stops.

I think the Polaris buggies through Punta Cana Boogie were the best rides available. Our guide, Felix, took great care of us and showed the group around at each stop. Beautiful route through the farms and to Macao beach. Also the most comfortable rides for an offroad adventure. Tried the coffee and a chocolate cigar I fell in love with at one of the stops.

Skip this one! You drive the buggys really slow and kids are begging for money on the side of the road everywhere you go. They take you to listen to a sales pitch on coffee, cocoa, cigars and trinkets, then to a beach where you are accosted by vendors to look at the same trinkets. We left our bag on the beach to get in the ocean and four guys were standing around it before my husband went and grabbed it. We felt very uneasy that they would've taken it had we not seen. Also they don't provide you with a bandana and want you to buy one but they never told us that before arrival! Waste of money! Try Runners zip lining and monkey land, we loved that excursion it was night and day to this scam of a place!

Fun ride but at every stop too many people trying to get you to buy trinkets. First stop at the beach had a guy put an iguana in my son's hands then wanted money because I took the picture. I never asked for the iguana or was asked if we wanted to hold it for pictures it was just shoved at us. The beach at our hotel was nicer than the beach we were taken to, rough waves. Children along the road will run right out to you, afraid we'd hit one of them. We were only given about 15 minutes at the beach, coffee stop and maybe 20 minutes at the cave. Advertised as 4.5 hours, was less than that and included the time driving to and from the hotel. Coffee bought at the stop is no different than I buy in the store, the cacao is NOT instant as we were told and has a lot of husk mixed in with it. Don't waste your money.

I would most definitely revisit this resort again. My wife and I, people here are very nice and informative with there job. I would also recommend upgrading to Elegance status. this status has much better things to offer. The only down side and NEGATIVE person there was the Expedia guy. he was a liar and didn't know what he was talking about. first off, the airlines had lost our baggage and we (Meaning my wife and I) were calling to get an update every other hour. when we finally received word that our bags are at the airport, we took a taxi to the airport and picked up our bags ourselves. the next time we saw this Expedia guy, he starts talking about our bags and says, I see you got your bags. I started making calls to the airline to find your bags and get there here to the hotel ASAP. I was playing dumb about the whole thing and letting him dig his own hole. He then started to tell us he hired a taxi guy to go pick up our bags, which was weird because you need our baggage claim tickets and needed my name also I needed to be there to pick up my bags. Anyways, just watch what information you use at the table to book your excursions, they might use it against you just so you can book with them. other than that this hotel was awesome. i would recommend staying at this hotel but you need to upgrade to Elegance status. the rooms and other items like drinks and food are a lot better than the regular rooms.

An amazing experience. The tour is well organized and the tour guides keep you safe around safe areas. I just wish we could of spent more time in the beach area and that they had a lunch option!

It was very fun! Make sure you speed up when passing thru the mud. Don't worry, there is a stop at beautiful beach where you can wash dirt off :) Don't forget to take your dirt bike goggles, bandana and hat ;)

I had a great time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stops were great: a beautiful beach, a coffee farm with an adorable school right across from it. We got to see the children at school and that melted my heart. We stopped at a beautiful cave where my friends went for a swim. It's deep so don't jump in if you can not swim. The tour was great. I will definitely be coming back. We got pretty muddy, so don't wear anything that you don't mind getting dirty. Take cash because you may want to buy jewelry, wood art, beer, cigars or other crafts that the locals are selling at different stops. You will also see children handing out flowers. Someone on our tour was giving the children a dollar. Priceless! I love children so they were definitely the highlight of my excursion. There was swimming, dancing, lots of pics taken. Definitely a great time if you're with good company!

Driving the vehicles through the country side was a blast! It was fascinating to see the Dominican from outside a resort. The tour stops at a coffee/cigar manufacturing hit, an underground spring that you can jump into, and ends at Macao Beach (beautiful). Great value and trust me, buy or bring, a bandana!

We enjoyed the excursion, Macao Cave was nice, we didn't get to spend a lot of time there, literally I jumped in and jumped out. Enjoyed watching them make chocolate, coffee and the cigars. BE AWAREthe Cohiba Cigars you buy from them are counterfeit, which probably means everything else was counterfeit as well.

Was held hostage for like 3 hours and wasn't allowed a bus ride back to resort due to malfunction with used and abused atv. Guy named Lewis that works there and the manager along with there gang of workers had us surrounded and wanted us to pay $150 us currency for something that wasn't my fault. I recorded everything and they also followed us to the resort to make sure they got a lowered price of $75 us currency. This one is ran by criminals and I would never do a excursion in DR again. Very bad experience and the guy who we booked trip with on the beach said all the bikes have insurance so we shouldn't have had to pay a dime
