I was just impress about the service of their departments. All of them very diligent in the processes and willing to offer you a review of the steps you will need, ( in my case for exportation). The process was pretty smood. I congratulate the departments and team work of Exportation department and Customer Service department in the Governmental Building for their excellent services, dilligence and follow up offered, the inspection team in the Parking lot #1, the inspection brigade in the loading area of the port, for the excellent work and disposition to do a good job (This kind of response is not usual in DR between private and governamental services, working togueter or this type of proccess) Even the cashier department was a smoothly experience with transparent information offered and published.
It would be ideal that they could document all the steps of the process for importation and exportation varieties to complete their very good organization services.
