Nice Garden, pool and great ocean for snorkeling with the best water temperatures on winter time, apartments need some upgrades.

I stayed here in Dec.2016 I had a very nice apt. on the 4th floor It would have been nicer if the elevators were working. I wanted an apt with a safe deposit box in the apt. This apt did not have one but the owner was nice enough to go out and buy one for my convenience . I really appreciated that. I was also told that the apt. that I was in usually rents at a much higher rate than the $40.00 a night that I was paying. Another thing for me to be grateful for. I had the greatest view of the ocean from my bedroom and my balcony.Simply Beautiful. This is my first time writing a review for a place that I stayed. I have been traveling to the D R for 12 years. I would happily rent here again. Very nice people and always willing to help. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Marvin

The Apt are d😝 mold in the shower kitchen and dishes dais costing Bathroom towel bar off the wall an toilet paper ceiling tiles and tracks with mold 😠
