Very accessible location. Most of the staff are very helpful. Prices are reasonable, some products are very expensive and others are a big deal. You do need a card from them to go in, like a membership. Very similar with Sam's club or Costco. All cards are acceptable to payment. They have a good area also, but do not expect great things, although the food is good, but slow in services. They, also, have another store beside for shoes.

An overpriced Costco. They find a way to screw you anyway they can. I paid for a membership which is priced in dollars so they convert it into pesos at 49.5 then charge my card in dollars and give me a rate of 47.7 on the same receipt. What kind of tomfoolery is that?????? Besides for that nonsense most of the prices are the same that you can find in La Sirena. Two thumbs down!!!!!

Excellent store and great service you can find all that you need, you can paid with credit card and cash but if you want to buy something you will need a membership, and it's not specify to get one. I recommend and it has a good restaurant.

I love to eat pizza here, I feel like we're back in the states at Sam's Club for a moment. It's nice to get out of the campo every once and a while. You can find items that are not available in smaller cities.
Also, today I tried to get prices for tires and I was informed that I could not get a price over the phone because policy stated so. This is a mistake for a business in my opinion and needs review. I also tried the website and found it very difficult difficult to navigate.
