GO WITH PRESTIGE CAR RENTAL SERVICE! I made a reservation at a big box car rental but my friend told me of her negative experience, and I read the negative reviews and knew I had to look for another company. Thankfully I came across Prestige and the service was outstanding from the start! I gave them a call and then we communicated via Whatsapp. Rossy with Prestige told me of the different vehicles and their prices with insurance and taxes. I would only say confirm your arrival time as they arrived two hours earlier to the airport. I would recommend them to friends/family and will do business with them again!

I rent all over the world lot of countries Lot of different car rental Prestige is for far the best
No drama , no hiding charges , no waiting.
Unbelievable service. Marino ( pick me up at the airport) punta cana. Gave me the car some around. Sign paper work. That is. 5 minutes max. To drop it off was even easier. I meet Marino , the same guy at the arrivals gates. He helped out with the luggage said thank you and that was about it. For those that rented cars in the pass. Know that companies always trying to find something to extra charge you. No this one.

Worst rent car i have ever dealt with. I reserved a Jeep Wrangler three months ahead of my trip. On the day of my trip, i text them to remind them about my reservation, and they said all was in order and ready for me. When I arrived at the airport, he did not bring the Jeep i had reserved because “the jeep was overheating”, but he assured me that the next day, they would deliver the jeep anywhere i was. The next day come and the jeep was still “overheating “ but it will be ready on Monday. On Monday, i start texting the rent car early, and no answer, Tuesday still no answer, Wednesday still no answer. I had rented a car from a different rent car, and was begging prestige to come pick up their car and refund me the money for the days left on my reservation, since they still had not provided the car I reserved. On Thursday, mf finally text me back wanting to know if i could bring the car to him, i told him no, and he said he would have to deduct $100.00 US from the refund for traveling fees. I agreed because he had my passport, and i did not want to miss my flight. He only gave my half the money cash, and said the other half would be deposited to my account, to this day, i am still waiting for the other half, and they do not answer my texts. These people are the worst and are thieves. Please stay away from this rental car

By far the best rental car company in Dominican Republic!!! Staff is super friendly, Vehicles are always clean and safe, and Prices are outstanding!! What more could you ask for! Would not trust anyone else with my travel needs!!

Unbelievable service!!
I rented a car form Prestige
I left the lights on and battery went dead.
The Prestige emergency service team was there and got me started but, they went one more step.
They gave me a new car!
I would never use one the major Names for rent a car in the DR.
Its name only / NO SERVICE and often times, NO CAR

Also try their limo service. Best way to go from Punta Cana to any of the area hotels and Casa de Campo.
