During this time, Playa Turquesa's developers had two basic choices... they could halt construction at around 75% completion, or they could dig in to their own pockets and finish the project. They did the latter option. The result is a spectacular community that features none of the "construction remnants" as some of the other comparable properties in the Punta Cana and Bavaro areas.
