  Wao I don't know how to start. 😕 By the time I got here (June 2017) the service is poor. The pool is the nastiest thing I've ever step. Personnel is good, but they say new director is a bad ass.🙁

  This is most disgusting place ever! From the mildew smell to the roaches to the mosquitoes to the poor customer service! Set air on 65 never below 72. My toilet seat broke & housekeeping is useless!

  Get up for sunrise at least once. If you have royal service get Johel. This has been an amazing experience. Go to Noas for lunch and have them make you pasta. Dinner at the Market Grill is also great!

  Удивил тот факт, что на пляжах нет нигде спасательных вышек! Что означает что пляж никак не может быть открыт доя купания по все нормам. В отеле сказали, что об этом нарушении все знают! Не понятно:)!

  There is NO SHAME in WEARING SUNSCREEN/PROTECTION (at least SPF 50), and apply it often (per the label's directions) U WON'T BE BRIGHT RED.
