  Mal servicio. Un empleado te dice un precio, y luego otro empleado te dice un precio muy diferente. Además desesperados por irse.

  Empresa de tecnología que siempre tiene problemas con el sistema. Duran demasiado con los equipos. Pésimo servicio. Limoian bien los equipos.

  Buena atención al cliente, financiamiento disponible. Fuí a investigar sobre una cámara y amablemente me mostraron la misma, me permitieron verla detalladamente y me facilitaron toda la información necesaria, además me enviaron por correo electrónico una cotización. debo admitir que encontré una mejor oferta en otro lugar, pero ellos ofrecen el beneficio de dar mantenimiento al equipo que adquieras en su local.

  Me pŕegunto si ustedes pueden repararlo he leido en internet
  que es un problema propio del lente y que ustedes los reparan sin pagar nada adicional

  Para ser el distribuidor autorizado de Nikon, es cuestionable su atención. Fui un día sobre la 1pm y pedí un presupuesto, pero nadie de los que estaba allí sabía precios, dejé mi correo para que me la enviara y nunca recibí la cotización.

  I sent my 17-35mm f/2.8 for repaired. The diagnose took them 2 days (which is fine) but it took them 23 days for them to tell me the true. Nikon didn't have the required part for lens to be repaired and they were literally lying on my face by telling me that this part was already ordered. this is ridiculous, extremely unprofessional and I'm not sure why they can even be called a "certified" repair shop for Nikon!!
