The best rental car in Punta Cana!!! All the staff are very friendly especially the owner Melo. I would like to thank Jose who helped us change our tire during the heavy rain. He saw us parked on the road and stopped just to ask us if we were ok. He even dropped us off to our apartment when we returned car. You can call them 24/7 if something were to happen to the car. To all the staff, thank you for making our trip more memorable. I will highly recommend Melo Car Rental if you are renting in Punta Cana area.

Since the first moment we got to the place, the guys who receive us were so nice and with excellent service. We receive the car in good conditions and was very clean inside. The time we spend with the car was memorable and very confort.

Great car rental place with excellent service. Melo and his staff are efficient and courteous. They honor reservations and do not overbook, unlike the car rental agencies at the PUJ airport. They will also pickup and deliver from and to the airport. Highly recommended.

Super and quality service! I've rented during 7 weeks a Kia Picanto 2017, and it was the perfect car for me! Small, and very fuel-efficient! Melo (this owner) and his staff are very professional, and pay carefully attention to their customers! Next time that I'm in Punta Cana, I'll definitely come back to Melo's for my next car rental!

Great rental car place. A step above the rest in punta Cana. I rented a car prior to the one I rented from Melo and Elvis Presley the differences was night and day. Plus they give you a ride to the airport when you return the car. Would diffently recommend them to anyone. Good pricing nice people. They treat you like family

Never ever rent a car from this man or his wife and staff. They strong armed me with a gun and forced me to let them follow me to a ATM to give them $150 more dollars because they say I scratched the bumper which I did not.
