It’s a very good supermarket, you find everything you want 😎
The opening in 2011 was a great event in the small town of Bonao, because the LaSirena is the actually state of art for shopping in Dominican Rep. The supermarket chain get a store in most of the larger cities and has alltime new products and also a wide range of fresh fruits, vegetables and meat too. The prices are much more and higher than at the local market, but the locals love the store because of quality and quantity and variations of products, because they offer clothes and all the other goods for every day life just in one store. The tourist and expats love the store for good selections of vines and whiskys and special foid from the US or Europe. The architecture of the supermarket follows modern standards, the interiors are light and have a lot of space for walking. The semi-sized restaurant offers small dinner, some local fast food and good cakes. Also the standard for coffee from machines is like you get in the US, it's worth for have a stopover. Outside the LaSirena has a regular big parking lot, but aware the rush hours during public holidays, than it's getting a little bit tricky, than it's more easy to go to there by motobike or taxi. The store has regular opening times daily from ... to 11 p.m. Monday to Sunday. This is very comfortable. Also they have a cuple of ATM/cash machines and smaller auxiliary shops like different cellphone shops, pharmacy or drugstore or other gift shop. Special recommendation to all tourists: you can buy all gifts, special ron and the famous Dominican cigars for normal prices.
You get all the shopping there
Excelent you can find whatever you need. It's a nice place.
Ok service, lots of variaty
Compare to others store as this one its average, nothing extraordinary that will it stand out. It is just a market to get the basics
Posee un restaurant de comida exquisita
Refrigerated veggies are low quality. Sometimes leafy greens are not available as well as only 1-2 choices. Horrendous quality and choice for a supermarket in 2017.
