I've been at the Kite Beach Inn for almost two months now. Sadly, my stay is coming to an end. I will miss the friendly staff, Kenny, Ysaura Maria, Alain, and Alejandro and the pleasant accommodations at the Inn. I rented the one bedroom apartment which has a full kitchen and a balcony with a view of the ocean. The apartment has a great room with two additional twin beds. At times there were four of us in the apartment and space was never an issue! Management is most accommodating. For example, there was no blender for making smoothies, I asked and one was provided! The WiFi reception in the great room was not good; I was concerned as two of my guests would be working remotely. Management immediately had a separate router installed so they were able to work in between play! Since then I nor my guests have never had any issues with the WiFi which is more than adequate no matter where you are on the property! It was great to have hot water and uninterrupted electrical service thanks to the back-up generator on the premises. Deisy, the housekeeper, continues to do a wonderful job cleaning my apartment and providing fresh sheets and towels on a weekly basis. BTW, the mosquito net in the bedroom picture belongs to me. I was able to insert the hook that came with it into a space between the stones in the wall behind the bed. As there are no screens on the window in the great room nor on the bedroom sliding door, I was able to keep them open and not have to worry about mosquitoes while sleeping! The location of the Inn is beyond awesome. It's right on "Kite Beach" in Cabarete, a perfect location for kiting and water sports because of the wind. It doesn't get better than that. One can walk along the beach to Janet's Supermarket, to La Rosa Market and to many shops and good restaurants in Cabarete town or take a gua gua, shared ride (public transportation) or motoconcho to get there. For those that prefer a less windy beach for swimming, Playa Sosua is the place to go. It's just a few miles and a short ride away. As a solo traveler a good part of the time, I felt very secure at the Inn. I would definitely recommend staying at the Kite Beach Inn!

BEST PLACE TO STAY ON KITE BEACH. An amazing relaxing place to visit – everyone makes you feel like family. The rooms are great with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi that always worked, a bathroom shower with hot water and great pressure – the best part the rooms were SUPER clean and reasonable. The staff is amazing and so friendly – everywhere we went people were great and you cannot beat the location. Perfect place for kite boarding – winds were great while our visit. Close to everything you could want while visiting – great places to eat, drink, kite school (Kite Club next door) and within walking distance to town – we did grab a moped taxi for groceries. Thanks Kite Beach Inn – we cannot wait to visit again!!

The best place to stay in Cabarete. The rooms are in great shape, the people are so nice, and the location is perfect! The price is also very good. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times, and it's great each and every time. Thanks Lucy and Jim!

Comfortable seaside bar. Good drinks, but not cheap.

This is a Spot!!!! Cabarete is a top ten spot in The Americas and the Kite Inn is at the centre of it! Lucy is great and so is a smilling team with Kenny, Alessandro, Allan and Dasie!

To wake up enjoy the calm water and then see the Wind pick up at 11 is a natural wonder. Enjoy and Bring all your sails.

I have stayed at Kite Beach Inn at least 6 times and love it! It is clean well taken care of! It is right in front of kite beach and only a few feet from Kite Club! (Right next store) I always feel welcomed by the owners and staff and always feel totally safe. The rooms are simple but all I need is AC, a bed and good WIFI! Its my first choice when kiting Cabarete!!! Lots of great memories!!!

Posto semplice e pulito. A fianco della strada principale che è rumorosa (come tutti i posti a fianco, cmq) nonostante i doppi vetri.

Great price to be right in the beach. Like right on the beach!!! I was able to dip my toes in the ocean each night before bed. Could not ask for more. The Wi-Fi is decent. It would act up but that happens everywhere in the country so nothing unusual about that. The front desk staff was sweet. They also have a communal kitchen which is nice if you want to make your own grub. I stayed for a month and I would stay again. The only downside was on Friday they throw a party, which is fun - for most people it's a selling point. Music, food, fun and cool people. But I was there for work so I'm glad I brought ear plugs.

This is the best place to stay if you love kiting!
Clean rooms, very helpful staff with a good atmosphere. You can chill by the sea or at the pool. They have laundry service, cost about 300 pesos.
