  We attended a friend's wedding in la Romana, my husband spoke to him and we were able to come to a reasonable price for an impromptu 1st family photo shoot the next day. He was very understanding and took his time and would direct us as well as take our suggestions as to where to take the picture. It was great that he uploaded the pictures in order for us to see them and take the time to choose. We live in Jersey, but he made it super convenient for us to receive our album. I was happy with the outcome. Definitely satisfied.

  Wonderful and very professional job. The Best i could find in the area. The team was on time, Helping also with their experience in the most important Day of my life. Our pictures and videos are magicals, i was sharing everything with family and friends in less than 24hr. I highly recomend This service.

  Absolutely in love with our photos! We had great portfolios to choose from , Juan melo's team were so sweet and did such an amazing job. Will definitely recommend it.

  Oh boy where do I start SMFH!
  1). Juan Melo didn't show up to photograph my wedding until near the end of the party. The ceremony was long over. He had someone else take photos while he attended another wedding. So he double booked and felt we weren't as important I guess. None of this was communicated or I most likely would have hired someone else.
  
  2). So as far as the wedding album goes we selected a certain amount of pictures based on how much the cost is ect. What they failed to communicate was there would be a blank page at the end of the album based on the amount of pictures choosen. We could have paid more to fill it or they could have thrown some on the page. Lack of communication again.
  
  3). Here's the grand finale! On the front cover of our album has another man's NAME! The rest of the book has my name correct in other pages but not the front page. How embarrassing and unprofessional SMFH. To make matters worse they blamed my wife because she didn't see it in an email preview of the album wow. First I saw the email you couldn't see the names due to it being white. Second it's not our job to proof read his work they should have double checked it and caught it. No apology no discount just blames my poor wife unreal.
  
  I would consider another photographer. If you do hire him ask if hes actually going to be at your wedding and check the album because they aren't very good at checking there own work.

  Juan Melo received full payment to photograph our wedding in the DR on July 1st. He did not show up. Our friends & family yook our wedding photos. He did not respond to texts and he refused to issue a refund. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT FOR SERVICES FROM JUAN MELO PHOTOGRAPHY!
