The only reason why I am giving these guys a two star is because the doctors and nurses are great.

Unfortunately their billing and administrative processes are the worst. If you call to make an appointment they will tell you a specific hour but please don’t believe them!!! Once you get here it is clear that is not the truth and if you ask the doctors or nurses they will tell you its first come first serve.

In addition to do that you have to pay before seeing the doctor which is fine but they are so slow you can easily wait between an hour to an hour and a half just to pay! They will also lie to you by saying your insurance doesn't cover something when in all reality it does, they just don’t have the contracts in place. There is a big difference between the two.

Me and my fiance were scheduled to get a sonogram at 730 am we were here by 7 because the doctor that was going to be performing it told us to. They had us waiting for almost 2 hours before they tell us the guy decided to quit which i mean i get it life happens but we had been asking when we were going to get it done and they would just tell us that he is on his way and to wait. They are extremely unprofessional and have no respect for anybodies time. During the time we waited there was no running water for about 30 minutes in a HOSPITAL that is crazy i understand this a third world country but they don’t charge like that so i honestly don’t care and like really NO running water in a HOSPITAL that is just bananas to me.

In addition to that just today i waited to pay my medical bill for almost 2 hours, and you could feel how the girls in billing were extemely stressed and couldn’t handle the amount of people. They dread their job and you can tell. After i pay my bill they let me know that i have to go to down stairs because they do not process medical exams and xrays upstairs :). I waited an additional 45 minutes down stairs to have to pay for my xrays. During the time i was waiting the girl that was in billing let a guy skip the line which was extremely frustrating because i have been waiting my time faitly.I payed got my xrays done just to be told upstairs that i was missing a test because the doctor didn’t write and i had to go downstairs again to pay for it and you guessed it wait again! As i was about to go down stairs again i noticed that the elevator stopped working, great.

To finish it off i noticed something really odd in my medical bills for consults they give you two different bills one which your insurance policy is used and the other one has no insurance policy being used. It gets even odder if you take into account that the one that they don’t use your insurance policy is charged a triage i was confused as to what this ment so i this is what i found online “Triage is the process of determining the priority of patients' treatments based on the severity of their condition. This rations patient treatment efficiently when resources are insufficient for all to be treated immediately” . I had to wait so i dont know exactly what this means and everybody was treated and that i went to various consults and was always chaged this. I speak Spanish and when they asked about it they couldnt give me a straight answer. I can’t begin to imagine the crazy charges and sketchy stuff that are done to somebody who can’t read spanish. In conclusion is place sucks and they really need to get it together.

Some of the good reviews here are made by people that work here. I can tell by the profile images. Sad.

UPDATE: Changed my review to three stars because of the fast response. Hopefully things will improve.

Sincerely I want to refer. They must improve their service more, I felt very little attention and the customer service had no idea, they did not even offer me water.

If they pretend to be number 1 they must have more qualified personnel. I did not acquire their services because with the deficiency of attention with which they received me I left immediately.

We were very worried about the level of care and price even with travel to insurance. This hospital is better than what we have in Canada (brand new).
    To start off Billing:
This is why I gave 4 stars, they said that they didn’t have a contract with our insurance company even though it was the list my guess is they want to be paid now without doing paperwork.
    Price / Care:
The emergency room visit was $150 US plus incidentals which was a couple dollars more. For this I got an kind English speaking doctor. Blood test, intervienious injection pain killer, urine test, 2 cups of water lol ($1.50), follow up appointment which was supposed to be included but I knew better.
The cashier lady kept my passport until I cleared up my bill.
    Follow Up:
Came back the next day and told them that the emergency doctor told me the follow up was included from the emergency visit but they made me pay $99 US (again no direct bill) once I did I saw the doctor immediately. He spoke English well (they also have translators) and provided good service and treatment that worked.
    Final Impression:
This hospital in brand new same with all the furnishings and technology. We were the only people in emergency (2:00 am) and at 10:00 the next day we didn’t have to wait long which is great when on holidays. Yes they want to be paid which is to be expected just wish they direct billed.
    I recommend this hospital

Unprofessional!!! Tried to get MRI with contrast here. The nurse unprofessionally inserted the needle so that my blood flowed the river. I was scared to death and will never return here. I've been taking a lot of IVs in my life and I've never seen such a flow of blood. Thank you for the emotional trauma!

Warning! Unprofessional staff! They took blood from my wife's vein and covered her all in blood!

Outstanding level of service, my wife had lower abdominal pain we went to another doctor who said we needed an ultrasound and we could do that the next day. The pain was getting worse so I called this hospital to see if they could do it today and they said they could !. From the moment we arrived we were very well treated I would say exceptionally so. We paid for the two ultrasounds and waited for about 30 mins and were out in another 20 to 30 minutes with diagnosis. Our situation turned out as kidney stones. Our visit there was 200 dollars which I thought was very reasonable.
