I dislike the service overall, its not just you have to ensemble your buys but they dont even help you getting it to your car. They should hire robots to sell. The items are really good and prices are competitive for the quality.

Horrible service. They lie about when products will be available. If you cancel an order that you have not received yet they want to keep your taxes paid on it! Thats robbery! Ive never been so disgusted! Be aware, ikea has cheap stuff and bad service! And this employee pictured needs to be fired! She is miserable and doing her job seems to make her unpleasant! I wouldn't hire her to walk a dog! Ikea deserves zero stars! I canceled an order of thousands of dollars! Cheap thieves, buyer beware you get what you pay for!

You have to wait 3 days to get your purchase and it's about 100 square meters in diameter, (the store). It's also overpriced. Way over priced.

My only complaint would be the workers could organize themselves better to dispatch people who are picking up their orders. Some are slow and only have one outside to dispatch customers. Other than that love the place.
