Clean and attractive hotel with pleasant staff. The standard room at $50/night plus tax, was worth the price due to location and free parking. The decor and design incorporate Spanish Colonial touches with courtyards, wrought iron and colored glasses in various spots around the hotel. The inclyded breakfast buffet had a decent selection, including fruit, ham, potatoes and eggs. The coffee was strong and fresh with heated milk available for café con leche. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel was of good standard but my shower didn't work particularly good and the breakfast was below my expectations also the TV selection wasn't the greatest despite you got a long list of chanel's that didn't exist.

I've been here for over 10 years. The quality of the rooms have gone down a little bit but for a week stay is great. Plus they have great security. If you like the casinos it is open 24/7

Clean, friendly staff; some upgrades needed. Their chef (Simón) makes a mean Dulce de Coco horneado (sweet coconut baked)! Good if you are looking for a more simple, inexpensive kind of place.

Nice spot, fair price, casino, a few spots to eat eat or drink within 1-2 min walk; downtown Santiago closeby (5 min, $3 taxi).

Great place to go and relax on a traveling day, or a short stay, food is good and good service rooms are not too big but comfortable! I'd go there more often tho if there was a pool ;)

Just a place to sleep. There is a casino so there is a lot of noise around. Air Conditioners are old and not well cared. Also a bad experience when another person entered my room while i was in, not so secure.

Bathrooms are quite small and the showerheads should have better fixtures. Breakfast needs some serious improvement in general, but the place is clean, attention from staff (Kirsys, Lizbeth, Fabiola, Maritza, ) is very good and it's definitely a cheap place to stay. Keep the improvements coming
