One hotel with good location but very poor service, condition and cleaning, cockroach inside the room and some other insects too. The guy that take care of the place is nice, there is a small minimarket 1 min away, they have different accommodation options such as single and double, also room with air conditioning or with only fan, some times there are some noises, lots of mosquitos.

Bugs, dirty, noisy, cold showers, no water, no A/C. Basically the room is an unfinished bomb shelter.
