Renter BEWARE! I made a reservation and when we got there they had given our room away. They told us they had another room. We agreed to stay, paid for the room. After unpacking we left the room and found out that the door to our room didn't lock. We informed the front desk and said there was nothing they could do at the moment and that we'd have to wait until later that day until someone could come fix it. We couldn't wait all day/until someone came to fix it so we asked for our money back and told them we couldn't wait/were unhappy with the whole situation and that we'd find another hotel. They refused to accommodate us. Kept our money and made us wait until they checked the room that we were in for less than 30 mins (to check that we didn't steal anything/destroy/use anything). If you're looking for sub par service, this is place for you. The Dominican Republic has a very high crime rate, the locals will confirm this fact themselves, and they still wanted us to leave our belongings in an unlocked room until they decided to call a handyman. No thanks!

Conveniently located to casinos and in walking distance of eateries. I was greeted by Henry at the reception desk. He was very helpful in explaining the way around the area. I had a double room, the air condition, in room safe, and refrigerator were in working order. The shower had hot water. In general the rooms are suitable place to sleep after being out on the town all day and most of the night. Not recommended for a place to relax or entertain guests.

Bathroom door was broken, towel rack fell off when I put a towel on it, shower head was completely busted and there was no hot water. You're better off in a random cabaña.

Great value. Clean and quiet. The owner is a laid back local businessman and a great guy. They know how to take care of guests.

All the hotels are booked here today I even had a reservation and a lot of people got turned away with that from the Weston suits and Casino Hotel which worked out fine for me because It's nice little studio apt and I'm going to enjoy myself and have some cash to shop around 👍😵

I have been to this place it's not a 5 star hotel but its clean, great location, awesome price, with a very personalized service, and wonderful lough. So far I like what I see and if you looking for a hassle free place this is the place to be for a great price
