Comfy, charming hotel with a great Dominican breakfast. Service can be spotty here and there, and staff occasionally aren't the friendliest - but still helpful enough when you need them.

Don't waist your time with this hotel, they always over book the place. They provide you with emails confirmations and when you get there they'll tell you that it's been a problem, and they'll try to place you on another place which is a low level hotel where it seems like women from the streets come in and out. Don't bother with the place. Unprofessional.

Small, close to museums and nice places to visit within walking distance. Colorful and with a nice and helpful staff. If you are in need of an accessible hotel for people with disabilities you might rethink this one, or talk in advance with the hotel manager so you are given a room on the first floor.
Breakfast was included, the coffee, the fruit, and the jam were always delicious.

Nice hotel but door could not be closed completely so insects can easily come in. The sink wasn't fixed properly so when putting some weight on it while brushing my teeth it suddenly shifted down.

There was a tv but i wasn't able on getting any channels

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Even the owner, Mark had a drink with my boyfriend and I for over 30 minutes.
The area where it's located is tourist friendly as many people speak various languages and there's cops patrolling at all times.
The free breakfast was amazing and filling which included fresh fruits, toast, eggs at your style, cheese, ham, coffee and freshly squeezed juice. Our room was charming, providing us with just the right amount of space.
I would definitely stay here again!
