Cuando fuimos a este hotel, la pasamos HORRIBLE: primero debo decir que reserve con un mes de anticipación, y cuando llegue, el Sr. D’Oleo, me dijo que no tenía reserva, entonces me propuso darme una habitación con vista a la calle, (la peor opción). Al llegar a la habitación no había agua en el baño. Al otro día en la mañana no tenían ningún servicio, o sea no había ni para tomarse un café, alegó que no tenía gas en el hotel, pero lo peor fue la habitación con vista a la calle, porque el ruido de la música del colmaron de la esquina (hasta tarde de la noche ). Más los motoristas pasando a cada rato con su estruendoso motor no nos dejaron dormir en paz. Fue una experiencia ESPANTOSA!, y al final nos cobró más caro de lo que habíamos tratado cuando hice la reserva, era $800.00 por noche y nos cobró $1000.00 por noche. JAMÁS VUELVO POR ESE LUGAR.

Not the most quiet place, and this is not because of the environment or the other guests. The host itself is always calling for people (maid or his grandsons?). And he obviously cannot talk with a decent voice.
In both rooms we had, the bed lights were not working. Either for missing bulbs or other unknown reasons.
There is only cold water.
WiFi is barely working (only one access point for the whole hotel?)
Last but not least: they messed up the reservations. We booked a room for the persons and only got a small double bed for the first night. Host told us, that we will see tomorrow. At that day, he said his triple rooms are still full. He showed us his notes with our reservation in the small room. After showing our electronic reservation for the triple, he gave us one. In the evening we witnessed the same thing happening to other people.

This place was quiet and calm. They didn't have our reservation marked in their itinerary even though we checked with them a few times before arriving so that was irritating, but it wasn't busy so we ended up getting to change our reservation to a cheaper one. There are some rooms with WiFi and air conditioning that work out to be about $20 a night and others that have a fan and no wifi that are about $10 a night.

Nice calm place, great owner doesn't make any problems, everything can be worked out on the spot.
