A hidden treasure in the middle of Sosúa. The customer service couldn't be better and the place is outstanding. Will definitely come back very soon.

A "Boutique Hotel" (whatever that is?) with very nice staff. Today under development (one star reduction) towards a typical modern, not-too-hip but very clean hotel. The new building differs 100% from the old "hacienda-styled". Room 106 is small and without wardrobe and other furniture as chairs and desk (no space). There is a wardrobe on the balcony if you don´t bother having clothes damp and full of cooking fumes. Not yet decorated makes the room look a bit dull. Bed is brand new, large and of good standard.
But the entrance to this room is somewhat weird - through a huge tree and by a strange and narrow ladder.
As other guests have mentioned, you must know the difference between "well-done", "medium" and "raw" when preparing a filet. But in all, Casa Valeria has a very good restaurant which deserve credit.response / report this review -

Nice clean rooms, air-conditioner was leaving but they fixed it right away. Very friendly staff with decent food, and a good price. Bar is not open 7 days a week, so watch out for time. Breakfast is included and quite good.

One of the best boutique hotels in the heart of Sosua. Great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open late. Can't go wrong with this place!

Rooms are very nice. Modern and clean. They have this cool feature where you have to put your key card in a slot by the door in order turn the lights on. When you leave, you take the card with you and the lights go off. Bathrooms are made of glass. If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the front door is made of glass and there's a light on outside all night long. So the room is never really dark. Thus the 4 stars. Breakfast was good but the quantity wasn't up to American standards. We eat too much anyway.

I found this place after having an horrible experience at a resort trying to find my great escape. I was skeptical at first but over all glad I gave this hotel a chance. The staff was nice, food was good, and vibe was amazing. They even had house pets. I can't say enough good things about this establishment, they really took care of me and my companion. 🌞🙏🏾❤️

Very friendly staff. Small and considered a hidden gem. Clean, great food and service. No problems encountered. Close to beach and shopping. Idyllic and peaceful setting, especially in the back area while the restaurant at from front boasts a laid back charm. Whether it's two days or two weeks you will not regret staying here.
