Been coming here for years. First time for everything I guess. I usually rate them high. 4 to 5 stars. But this time they get a disappointing 1 star. Arrived yesterday and my room didnt have AC. Took more than 30 minutes to give me a new room assignment. The new room had no refrigerator access and had a tiny window that made the room look like a prison cell. Due to my exhaustion, I waited until morning to call for another room as there was zero sunlight in my room. That new room assignment took about 45 minutes. Come on people.. Get with the program. Its not that difficult. Please.. Much room for improvement. And they really didnt have any compassion for the discomforts we experienced.. Terrible.. Terrible Terrible!!!!!

I honestly have absolutely no complaints. The casino is clean and I citing. Breakfast was superb and the chef is very very professional and happy. The front desk was warm and friendly. The bar was great too!

Thanks to hotel management and Jesús Alberto we had a very welcoming experience. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and the service was great. The hotel very clean, staff very welcoming, beds extremely cozy, rooms very clean and loved the bathrooms!!!!!!the pool was GREAT! I would definitely recommend. Despite being in the pricy end you get what you pay for. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant.

2.5 - 3 star hotel. Staff is nice, food was ok but rooms could be better. There is the classic musty smell found in other Latino 3 star hotels.

Pricey Breakfast is great but service not welcoming.. By the way you just cant order coffee n bread as its all or nothing.. Pool amazing Great and never to full.. Room and bed wonderful

Reasonably good hotel.. It can get noisy sometimes with the casino downstairs.
