  Son unos ladrones. Te intentan sacar el dinero de lo mínimo que se les ocurra. Nos ha valido 3 veces más del precio online que decían. La mínima puntadita en el cristal que necesitas una lupa para encontrarla *dicen* que tienen que reemplazar todo el cristal. Quizás ya estaba ahí cuando nos lo dieron, demasiado pequeño para verlo (y no tenemos pruebas ya que le hicimos solo fotos al chasis). Además el que encontró la marca tenía una risita que trataba esconder algo sospechosa. Y, por supuesto, un precio muy inflado del cambio de cristal. Tenemos Hertz gold en Estados Unidos y nos fiamos de ellos, pero nada tienen que ver! Si volvemos muy probablemente iremos en taxi cuando haga falta.

  They are uniformed thieves. They try to trick you with the minimum thing they can think of. We have paid 3 times the initial online price. The smallest dent in the windshield, that you would need a magnifier lens to find it, they *say* that they need to change the whole windshield. Maybe it was there when they gave it to us, too small to find it (but we have no proof since we took only pictures of the chassis). Plus, the employee that found the dent had a smile that he was trying to hide, very suspicious. And, of course, a very inflated price of a windshield replacement. We have Hertz gold in USA and they don't have anything to do with them, like it was any other name. Do not trust them just because you trust your local Hertz. If we come back we most probably will use a taxi when we need it.

  Worse customer service they have multiple hidden fees and they don't match the reservation quotes. Also as gold member u are treated like a regular customer. US Hertz can't help either so don't waste your time.
