Underrated. If you are a Tourist. This is a nice spot. To rest if you decide to go deep south ..like bahia de las aguilas or the border with Haiti..pedernales. everything is clean. Staff is polite. The only downside of it is that it is a little bit noisy . But its comfortable. Also a great view of the sea. However, do not eat in the small restaurant across the hotel on the right side. Their food is overpriced, lady in there is a scammer, i felt she prays on tourist. I pay 20 dollars for a fish that was overcooked and over price.

Stayed here for the second year in a row. Very clean facilities, great accommodating staff. Close to restaurants and a stone's throw from the beach. Best bang for your buck!

Its a great place if you are just passing by and need a place to stay. Id make sure to stay here if you are going deeper south, because there's no decent hotel in miles, so this would be a last resource. Place is clean, quiet, A/C, Terrace on the roof, and you can hear the sea at night, its really good quality/price related.

The staff is really nice and helpful but didn't speak English, the room was quite good, the balcony is really nice! Great beach few. if you don't like noises don't stay there it's really near to the bars but if you like music and seabreeze go there!

Great place to stay while in Los Patos. Not the best hotel, but possibly the best in Los Patos.
