Buen lugar y servicios
The real name is Hotel Cayo Arena. This is perfect for a big group. The apartment we stayed in had a fridge, a stove top, and the basics for cooking. There was a lot of seating in the living room and a futon if you had an extra roommate. The patio was also nice. Each bedroom had a large queen/king bed in it. Be sure to flip the hot water switch on outside the room for the perfect hot shower. There is soap provided but not shampoo/conditioner.
Por que no esta actualizada , además busco una pequeña islita llamada Cayo arena, la cual no aparece, busque cayo levantado y esa si me apareció pero :-(.
No chairs
No benches
So if you are over a certain age and need to sit be careful ..
No bathrooms and i mean NONE !
Theres around 8 different companies with around 15 different boats coming and going non stop to make money so the more people on the island the betterthere are no minimum or maximum people authorised on the island which is a shame .
200 people ( no joke) in a 40 meter island !!!!
The tour guides dump dirt of watermelons, bananas and other rubbish to the fish nearby
Forget snorkeling wont happen unless you are happy to share your space with kiddies, families etc etc
Oh and most importantly..forget about that lovely photo as you see on googlethat truly is fake marketing..i was there for 2 hours and it really was not possible to take a good picture even one
Oh and get also ready for kiddies dropping drones flying by to take pictures from the air with all the family waving etc etc yes all of this in a 40 meter islandyou can imagine
It truly was an utter rubbish trip!!!!!
Dont bother!!!and nope im not an old chap im a 35 year old guy who has lots of patience but this trip really was rubbish ..anyway google it and see other many similar storiesoh and the actual true name is Cayo Arena its not Paradise Island like some tour guides use it ,Paradise Island is used for marketing purposes so you know .
One last thingbe careful about the VIP trips which cost 150 dolars promising lunch on the islandthere isnt such a thing..its not a lunch its basically pieces of watermelon and bananas and nothing else !!!! They dont serve actual lunch on the island as there are no cooking facilities !!!
Instead use one of the chaps on the nearby beach who will take you to the beach for 1900 pesos with the same bits of fruit the only difference is the boat which is smaller otherwise you will get ripped off with these vip trips !!!
Un lugar acogedor y de buenas atenciones con vista al mar y su piscina super sabrosa
y mi papa se esforzo para que sea un hotel asÃ
Thanks for everything!
