The road to get to the resort was unpaved and therefore making it hard to get to the top. Most definitely will make it with a 4x4. I got stuck half way and contacted the owner which name is Fabulous. Fabulous was able to come down and pick up myself and my companion and have one of his worker drive the vehicle up. I had a nissan versa car rental from enterprise btw. I paid cash as that was the only form of payment. To me it was sketchy at first, but once I arrived all that fear went away. The owner Fabulous and all his workers were great. We were sent the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu by text and had the option to either eat it at the deck or have it delivered to room. We chose the room for two meals but the deck above the pool is also nice to eat at to look at the menu. Our room was recently built so had no chairs in the patio and the only room available that night and I really want to stay there so I made the choice to give up that amenity. It was raining through my stay so I was unable to do the zipline, but the course looked super long with a beautiful scenery of the mountains and trees. The room did not have an A/C , but only a fan but the temperature was around 74 degrees since I was at a higher elevation. The room does come with a fridge and tv. The food served was great and tasted natural and was included in the price of the hotel stay. It be nice if the government paved the road to make it easier to get to the hotel and also would make it a great jogging and bicycling route due to the elevation. I hope to stay here with a group of family members in the next 3 month, as I did enjoy my stay sand the natural air. Also there was 24/7 security at this resort style hotel with a pool with a slide and a new one being built from the information I received by the owner fabulous.

It's a beautiful place located in the mountains of San Francisco. The food is delicious and the staff will do the best to make you feel like home. I totally recommend this place.

This resort is amazing! Its truly one of a kind and a must see! The staff and owners are welcoming and very attentive. You will want for nothing! Each room is exquisite and offers a spectacular mountain view. The food is grown onsite and is prepared by a master chef! Seven unforgettable zipline adventures await you! And hiking excursions allows you to walk in nature and experience the local culture!

Hermoso paisaje, perfecto para las personas que aman los lugares campestres. Desde la entrada el lugar se ve bastante acogedor, las habitaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones con una vista espectacular el. El servicio brindado te hace sentir como en casa y sobrepasa todas las expectativas.
Un clima muy agradable ya que se encuentra en las alturas, rodeado de mucha vegetación y montañas. Sin desperdicio.response / report this review -

This place is like a dreams comes true. If you want to go with your friends and have fun this place is for you, but if you want to be out of noisy city here you can get it. This village has the biggest zip-line in Dominican Republic, you can go to do hiking, ride horses, swimming in a big natural pool that born from the mountain. This is a really close contact with nature. I will go back again. Just amazing.

Hermoso paisaje, buena comida,excelente trato por parte de todo el personal, un concepto distinto y relajante, lleno de experiencias que puedes disfrutar zipline, cabalgatas a caballo, montar fourwhells, piscina natural, en fin un lugar que debes visitar para contar lo vivido.

Es un Paraiso, todo lo que alli se vive es hermoso, comodidad, frescura, tranquilidad, aventura, buena comida, pero sobretodo unas atenciones muy especiales del personal y de sus propietarios. Desde que llegas te sientes como en casa. Agradezco la maravillosa experienciq vivida junto a mi esposo y recomiendo a todo el que guste visitarlos NO SE ARREPENTIRAN!

Uno de los mejores viajes! Mi esposa y yo decidimos pasar una noche aquà para probar el lugar y quedamos encantados. Las atenciones de los propietarios son únicas, tanto del Sr. Fabuloso como de Lety su esposa, nos sentimos como parte de la familia!
La comida de Johanna es excelente, todo criollo y todo natural, y con un toque de amor único.
Las áreas para recrearse muy buenas! El ZipLine nos encantó, con muy buenos guÃas! La piscina natural no tiene precio! Sin quÃmicos y en un ambiente acogedor! Lo mejor de todo es poder estar en contacto con la naturaleza, las plantas, los animales, el frÃo de la mañana, etc.
Omar fue muy amable en sus atenciones y todo el personal siempre dispuesto, no tenÃamos forma de agradecerles a todos, pero es un hotel digno de estar. QuerÃamos pasar otra noche pero estaba todo reservado!! Pero seguro que regresamos por un par de noches más.

My wife, kids and I were here last weekend, and it was awesome. Maybe we didn't enjoy the pool bcuz of the rain. The food was great, too. All natural. The personnel was ready to assist, with great attentions!
Everything is quite ecological: food was natural, no A.C. was necessary bcuz it was pretty cool. The water for the pool was taken right from the river and since it's been raining we couldn't enjoy it.response / report this review -
