  Very slow, a lot of time is wasted in Santo Domingo. Today we spent 3 hours wandering around Santo Domingo from 4:40 pm and at 7:12 pm we arrived in the Americas to leave for Nagua and we arrived at 9 pm. It has happened several times and the driver was super fast.

  The worst thing that exists in Dominican transportation, the dirty buses, the disrespectful conductors, and the irresponsible drivers, play on the users' schedules. That is the problem with monopolies, these and Caribe Tours are the only ones that provide the service, Caribe Tours is an excellent option now that the only thing that could be accepted from these was the price of the ticket and from one day to the next they raised it . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TRAVELING HERE.

  Very bad experience, they must have a transport that leaves earlier, it is crazy to leave the stop that is in Duarte at 6:40 and then wait until 8:40 for that same bus to leave, everyone wants Arrive early for your commitments, suggestion if you want to provide a good service try to have a bus that leaves at least 5 in the morning from Santo Domingo to Nagua. Also provide a telephone, pay for a secretary.

  Bus service to Santo Domingo with two route options, one on the Northeast Highway and the other on the Duarte Highway crossing Cotui and exiting at the Piedra Blanca intersection, Bonao. In addition, the service of sending packages and documents to Santo Domingo is offered.
  
  The station has a waiting area with a heated area, separate bathrooms for men and women, a ticket office (although it is not necessary to buy tickets to board the bus), a lottery bank and in the same place you can compare various consumables and trinkets.
  
  The place does not have a ramp for the disabled and the buses are not suitable for this either.

  Terrible service.
  Total disorganization when picking up passengers.
  The collection of extra passengers delays arrival at the destination in the capital
  They hinder traffic all the time with the parking of buses.
  
  I would ask them to be more organized, but that is impossible, considering that the least they accept is constructive criticism, and this is probably not going to be liked either.
  
  Anyway... as long as there is Caribe Tours or I have a way to go to the capital in my own car, the express will not be an option for me.
  
  For emergency cases, there is no other option.

  Mal servicio no es un expreso van dejando y recogiendo pasajero todo el camino y los usuarios vamos con la expectativa de llegar en tiempo récord a nuestro destino. Deberían de dejarse de llamarse expreso
