Sounds good until you get there, then you find out the insurance you made online is not valid, and the one they provide doesn’t cover much, and has a higher cost than the car rental. I can agree with others it’s a total scam.

Estoy acostumbrada a rentar vehÃculos con Avis y las verdad que hay mucho más profesionalismo y he rentado con Eurocar y fue la peor pesadilla que me pasó en la vida , a la hora de la entrega se asoman todos al auto como que estamos en una guerra en Irak , todos como una mana. Sobre el auto , y el cliente se queda solo adentro mientras todos buscan los defectos del auto , ni sola sola estrella les doy por eso es una falta de ética y de educación , el cliente se siente horrible , designada falta de educación y respeto. , prefiero pagar más por eso prefiero Avis mucho mejor en calidad y servicio y más profesionalismo. El servicio lo que da es vergüenza , que asco

A total SCAM, I will Never rent a car from this company again and i
will spread the warning to everybody, the
worst experience ever. You are offering cars that you don't have on
the inventory. I went to Dominican Republic with a reservation for
a Full Size car (Volkswagen Passat) because i was travelling with a
8th month babe and my wife plus all the luggage and the car that I
ended with, was an Small Economic car (Honda Civic) paying a higher
price and the bags didn't fit in that small car, so I ended paying
more money to a taxi to carry my bags to the Hotel in Santo Domingo
Twice!!!
I talked the next Day with Ruth Falcon the responsible of the Santo
Domingo Office and she offered a bigger car and I was calling
everyday to your office and never honored what she said. This company is
not accountable for the customer money and either about your
lies Plus the Lie about the insurance fees and the The deposit
amount that you said will be : 424.54 USD and Ended being 1,600.00
USD
A total Headache, you should be embarrassed about your poor
service.
