  Although we have a state of the art building, hiring non- speaking dominican personnel is not helping, Puerto Plata location is even worse, no parking, not handicap friendly, personnel inept and unprepared. As if the embassy agreed to grant favors to family members to the Dominican ruling party to keep face. That's sad and embarrassing

  This has to be the worst U.S. Embassy‼️‼️
  
  The consulate offices are rude ! And deny anybody and everybody who go in there for a VISA.
  
  They don’t look at any of the paper work you bring they just ask you two questions and that’s it.
  
  Also they don’t let US citizens in if you are being Sponsored
  
  All around horrible !!! America should be disappointed.

  The government in the Dominican Republic should really do something about the people living in SLUMS, the garbage everywhere on the streets rats, cockroachesoverall a very dirty city. I really did not like going to the embassy because of this.

  Excelente mucha seguridad en el lugar y si eres honesto en tu formulario y honesto con el cónsul con algo de suerte tendrás tu visa
