When we first stumbled upon one of their apartments in Santo Domingo on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Thierry & Joan ate the most thoughtful, gracious hosts.
They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The apartment we booked was just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible, the Jumbo supermarket is across the street.
Thierry & Joan had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. They went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
Thanks Thierry & Joan and Santo Domingo for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Thierry, thank you so much for being a wonderful host. We really loved your place. Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful apartment, the view was amazing. Joan, was also very friendly. In a near future I would love to stay at your place again.

I often go to the Dominican Republic with my family for Christmas. And for the past 3 years I have stayed at several of Thierry’s properties. Not only Thierry is a great person, nice, reactive and always willing to take care of you but his properties are great : confortable, clean, well located. Everything is exactly as he describe it and exactly like on the pictures. I really recommend these properties and i am planning to go back for our next trip there.

Joan and Thierry are excellent hosts. Beautiful, modern Penthouse overlooking city of Santo Domingo with everything needed for a fantastic stay. Amazing place to relax with an added bonus of having a terrace with jacuzzi. Will definitely be back.

Best place to stay in the capital. Two of the finest mall withing 5 minutes driving, 10 walking. Ultra secure building with top armed guard and lobby attendant. Central location. Supermarkets, movie theaters, public transportation, museums, botanical garden, Zoo, etc. Whether you are staying with friends or family, this is the place that can accommodate every demand. Mr Thierry and Joan will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. Imagine the presidential suite of a 5 star hotel but better. More space, city views, office space with fax machine and printer, wifi, air conditioned, Netflixtoo much to list!

Thierry and Joan have been managing my properties in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana and have kept my return above 12% annually, much better than long term lease returns at the rental prices. I am very impressed with both the return, the attention i receive and especially Joan's detailed approach to taking care if my short term tenants. Thanks to you bothhighly recommend!
