Good experience, the underwater walk is amazing!! The only thing I would change would be the video you can buy, other excursions offer pictures which are nicer to share and you get high quality pictures out of it, like photoshoot quality. Can't get that from a video no matter how high quality

Very cool experience being in the water with the dolphins. Catching a ride on the dolphins was awesome. Didn't get a chance to ask if dolphins are allowed back into the wild or if they're stuck there forever. Jet boat is a fun ride. Beautiful scenery.

I went alone. The staff that welcomes you on the beach is not so courteous. Just one sweet guy came to me for help. And i really have to thanks him, because he gave me another ticket to have more access with dolphins.
At the Base, i recommend you don't get on the boat, is not nice that a wave of water hit you in the face and makes lose your bathing suit.
Remember, is you want pictures with dolphins, you will have to pay there for the DVD ($50 dollars). So remember take money before you leave the hotel.
The experience was nice, but i think there are better and more funny places to enjoy.

The owners seem to love their dolphins. They seem happy to work for their food and interacted very well with humans.. That being said they really should be free..

Over priced, only touched the Dolphin a handful of times. Our kids were too small couldn't stand up on the platform in the water (6 & 8). Kids were too small to ride in the red speed boat. Out of 138 pictures taken only 5 good pics, they wanted $130usd for all the pics, unable to buy a few pictures. Parents unable to see children standing on the viewing platform as they were so far away. Waste of time and money will be emailing in for a refund!!!

This is a grossly overpriced experience. We paid 400 bucks to wait aground for no reason. Our pick up time was 7:40 and the driver showed up around 7:50. Then we went around and pick up ppl from other resorts. After a very rough ride we finally arrived at the processing area. Our guide Robinson was nice so do the employee at the speed boat (hence 2 upgrade to 2 stars). Everything else was subpar experience, especially shark/stingrays tank. The cherry on top of that were the extremely rude and stupidly looking employees at the photo boot. Another 55 min wait an we get to experience another rough ride with the driver being border line dangerously upset to group of ppl not leaving tip

I fully agree with people who have given 1 star. Just a remark: the dvd shows no pictures on my laptop but my husband managed to access them on his. so those who think they have a blank dvd - try on some other device.

This is a complete rip-off. I was just there with my husband this week. The experience itself was not bad. We enjoyed the time we were at the actual park. What is a big rip-off is the fact that we purchased our pictures and when we went to view them all we had was a blank cd. We paid $75.00 for these pictures and nothing but a few dolphin pictures were on the cd. And trying to contact them is almost impossible. It's so upsetting that these people take advantage of the tourists. Will definitely never go back to this park.

******GIRLS/WOMEN- MAKE SURE YOU GO WITH A MALE/PARENTAL FIGURE******
It's debateable to give this 2 stars over 1 ONLY because I loved getting to pet the animals but time for some truth.
I went with a college girlfriend, we're both in our mid 20s. We were told it was 4 hours of excursion, we took a 45 minute bus ride to other resorts to pick people up. Then the rest of our bus got put in one group and we were put in a separate one. No one spoke good enough English to explain to us why.
After waiting an hour on the beach, we were put on the boat and driven out to the island for the extreme boat ride, which was cool. But again, no one spoke good enough English to explain that you get hit by a tidal wave and you better breath before or its gonna suck.
After the boat ride we went into the shark tank which is where my first line comes into play. Some of the workers offered to take pictures of us with my phone, which was fine, he was very respectful, my phone was locked so he really could only take pictures. Then one of the employees in the shark tank decided my friend and I needed some individual attention and when everyone else left the pool, the two of us were with him. I was so excited about the animals he kept bringing up for me to pet I honestly really didn't notice for about 5 minutes, and then when I did he got another employee to come in so it was two male employees and two young girls in the shark tank. the rest of the group had left. They did not understand enough English and definitely took advantage of this, there was lots of touching, hand grabbing, them telling us to float extreme uncomfortableness and we finally just swam away.
The dolphins were fun, I know some people were expecting more but I felt I got to touch them enough! Definitely agree with people that it's not enough space for them but I don't know what kind things they need to live well.
At the end of the trip, the man who originally took pictures with my phone came up to me and TOLD ME TO TIP THE SHARK BOYS. To which I said "hell no" and got on the boat back. Left feeling super uncomfortable and semi violated because they had zero respect for me, not as a customer but as a woman as well. Be aware.
