Unicos! Esa es la palabra que los describe en Santo Domingo!
Excelente servicio , tengo años visitandolos y la verdad que ningun otro Salon/ Nail Bar se compara a ellos , la musica, el diseño, el estilo , en fin .. todo . excelente ubicacion , Valet parking Gratis , el mejor servicio ! mis uñas siempre estan nitidas y lo mejor ?? El precio! En relación calidad-precio son los mejores!! Recibes mucho mas por lo que pagas y sus productos son todos de calidad 1A.
Me apena que tengan reseñas de personas que le dan una calificacion baja sin nisiquiera recibir el servicio. OJO con eso!
Sigan el trabajo excelente que todo el equipo hace! Despues de 3 años continuan asombrandome con su calidad y servicio ! Mucho más que recomendado!

Let’s just say this is one of the best place to go if you are staying in the nearby areas. Before coming here, I went to three other places which I won’t name that were ridiculous. You either had to have a reservation or the pedicure was a dry one (heck no!). Dock’s beauty Lounge is not only very well staffed but also very attentive while providing great service. 1. Location is perfect! Inside the “Acropolis Mall on Winston Churchill Avenue”. One you walk in it’s on the right turn about 30 feet inside next to the information center.
2. Very clean and organized. Usually when I come inside a nail lounge they have this acrylic smell or chemical should I say. This one was not, and it was also very nicely designed.
3. Professional staff. The staff knows what they’re doing and are very polite.
4. Great service! I say this because I went to many nail lounge nearby and none had same day services. Here not only they were less expensive, I didn’t need an appointment, nor did I wait too long to get service. Fast and efficient, service was awesome.
5. Nice Bar. Yes they have a bar at which you can get a variety of drinks. Most nail lounges do! And the service was also efficient.
Overall it was a great experience and I will be back every time I am in Santo Domingo.

Su calidad en el Servicio ha deteriorado bastante, a parte de que nunca abren a la hora que dicen abrir. Uno hace una cita para el Sábado a las 8:00am y media hora después aún espero por que abran el local porque quien se responsabiliza de esto no ha llegado y nadie sabe a quien llamar porque nadie sabe quien abre. Toda una mañana desperdiciada por falta de responsabilidad y liderazgo. La misma historia siempre

Nice place. They have very good service although very strict with having an appointment. I have made reservation like minutes before arriving but if you show up without one, even if the place is empty, the receptionist makes you feel uncomfortable. I have very good experience with manicure, pedicure and massages, but there are girls that are not so good so you have to have a reference to make an appointment with the good ones.

Muy irresponsables con respecto a la citas, y de verdad no sólo a mi me ha pasado que contacto para cita y me dicen que si cuando llego al local resulta que no la registraron. No lo recomiendo, deben mejorar su servicio al cliente.

Best Mani & Pedi ever! Waiting for my next visit to SD Just to go back! To start: the service was excellent ! I went without an appointment and the staff found me a space . You get a Complementary Champagne glass with ur service , the pedicure chair was heaven! After a long day was just what I needed!

Tengo dos años visitando el salon y al principio era lo mejor!!! Era dificil de conseguir cita, las atenciones - super. Bueno, lo era!! En los ultimos 6 meses mas o menos la calidad de los servicios ha bajado con un 70%. Tener cita alla no vale nada si deciden ir al salon, mejor anden con tiempo demas porque te dejan esperar 30-40 minutos, teniendo cita y teniendo disponibilidad de asientos. Es lo mas normal que mientras te estan arreglando se lo pasan chismeando entre ellos, hablando por cell, respondiendo a mensajes etc Me he pasado literalmente 2 y 3 horas para un simple servicio de mani y pedi. Lamentablemente no vuelvo a este lugar, mis amigas tampoco y sinceramente no lo recomiendo a nadie. Lo que mas hay en Santo Domingo son salones de belleza de alta calidad.
