  Not very helpful or knowledgeable staff. No matching case for the Gretsch pro jet that I did buy and there was no interest in trying to get me one. The owner lady seems to have no interest in meeting or talking with her customers especially a new customer! Go figure.great business sense there.I think not. Overall it's not a terrible experience but you had better know what you want. Don't expect any expert advise at this store.
