  First off both David Logan and Chip Bommarito have both been a pleasure to deal with. As a visitor to the island interested in possibly investing in real estate first impressions were crucial. They both took their time in answering all of our questions and concerns and provided additional information to assist us. We did not feel rushed or pressured and in fact viewed many more properties that we intended to see. All on their suggestion so we could make an informed decision. The have both followed up with continued support and information to guarantee our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them whether you are in the market for a property or choosing a rental. They were excellent.

  Dave Logan really knows his stuff! He's been living down in Sosua since 2004 and has built, bought, and sold many properties. We came down there for the winter and he found us a great place right on the Ocean. Eventually we wanted to move into something nicer and he got us a great deal on a brand new luxury condo! It's not just that though, Dave helped us learn how to live down there, giving us info like where to buy a car, how to get insurance, how to apply for residency, where to get a haircut and the best place to buy groceries! He's more like a consultant than a real estate guy! A+ A+ A+ would highly recommend!
